Founded as a flagship initiative of IPMUN, IPILG bridges the gap between education and action by equipping young minds with the skills, knowledge, and networks to lead with purpose and integrity.

Through pioneering programs such as Gujarat 30 Under 30 – Youth Icons, Young Leaders Fellowship, and Policy Hackathons, IPILG empowers students and young professionals to engage in governance, policy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact.

We are building a vibrant community of youth leaders committed to shaping Gujarat’s future and contributing to India’s growth story. Whether you're a student, professional, entrepreneur, or aspiring policymaker — IPILG is your gateway to leadership opportunities, mentorship, and meaningful recognition.
